THE
BELIEVING YEARS
COLLECTION
GALLERY
There is a short, golden stretch of childhood when magic is simply true. Reindeer can fly, wishes get answered, and a quiet house on Christmas Eve holds more wonder than anywhere else in the world. The Believing Years is a celebration of that season of life.
This six-painting collection captures the small, glowing moments of a child’s Christmas. The waiting, the hoping, and the pure, wide-eyed faith that something wonderful is on its way. Painted in rich jewel tones with the warmth and whimsy that define Billie Shannon's work, each piece is a reminder of how it felt to believe with your whole heart.
The paintings will be revealed one at a time, starting October 5th. Check back often, or join the Love, Life & Blooms newsletter to see each new piece as soon as it arrives.
LANGUAGE OF SMALL WONDERS COLLECTION
Language of Small Wonders is a collection of oil paintings rooted in the tender, fleeting beauty of everyday life. Children, animals, gardens, and the quiet corners of a farm in Whitley County Kentucky where time moves a little slower and beauty has room to breathe. Each painting began as a real moment, a photograph taken of someone beloved, a morning that deserved to be remembered. What you see on the canvas is not a replica of that moment. It is what that moment felt like from the inside.
Billie Shannon paints in rich, jewel-toned oils because she believes ordinary life deserves extraordinary color. She paints light because light is where the truth lives. And she paints these subjects because she believes they are not small at all. They are everything.
Language of Small Wonders is a growing collection. New works are added as they are completed. To be notified when new paintings are available, join her newsletter.
